Setting the boundary of the land plot
Work on the establishment of a fixed boundary of a land plot is carried out in order to determine the geometric dimensions and location of the boundary of a land plot and must ensure an indisputable definition of the boundary of a land plot on the ground and the possibility of subsequent restoration of this boundary.
For state registration of the creation of a land plot and the emergence of rights, restrictions (encumbrances) of rights to it, a citizen must apply to the local executive committee at the location of this plot with an application for the issuance of a legal document.
The local executive committee, within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the application, considers the citizen's application for the issuance of a document certifying the right to a land plot, informs the citizen of the results of the consideration of his application and, in the absence of grounds for refusing to issue a legal document, instructs an organization for land management or other legal a person or an individual entrepreneur performing work to establish the boundary of a land plot on the ground, to carry out work to establish the boundary of the provided land plot on the ground for actual use, taking into account the legal documents issued to adjacent land users.
The establishment of the boundary of such a land plot on the ground and the registration of land management are carried out at the expense of the citizen within a period not exceeding 15 working days from the date of payment for these works.
