Balitsky Oleg Nikolaevich was born on January 14, 1978 in the city of Gorki, Mogilev region.

In 2000 he graduated from the land management department of the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy.

In 2002 he graduated from the Belarusian State Agrarian and Technical University with a degree in Economics and Management.

In 2016, he graduated from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in State and Local Administration.

From 2000 to 2006 - engineer of the production and technical department, engineer of the 2nd category, leading engineer of RSHAUP BelPSKHAGI.

From 2006 to 2010 - Deputy Head of the land management and geodesic service of the Minsk region and the city of Zaslavl, Minsk regional land management and geodetic service.

From 2010 to 2011 - Head of the Land Management Service of the Minsk District Executive Committee.

From 2011 to 2013 - Director of the Republican Agricultural Aerial and Geodesic Unitary Enterprise "BelPSKHAGI".

From 2013 to 2017 - Director of the topographic-geodesic republican unitary enterprise “Belgeodesy”.

From 2017 to the present - Director of the Republican subsidiary of aerial photogeodesic unitary enterprise BelPSKHAGI.

Makarevich Elena Nikolaevna, in 2005 she graduated from the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy with a degree in land management.

Vitaly Ivanovich Golovachev was born on March 27, 1962 in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 1984 he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers (TIIIMSKH).

From 1996 to 2000 - worked as an engineer at the Belarusian Enterprise of Agricultural Aerial Photogeodetic Surveys (BelPSKHAGI).

From 2001 to 2008 - worked as the head of the aerial photography department of the Center for Applied Geodynamics, Moscow (Russia).

From 2008 to the present - First Deputy Directorchief engineer of the State Enterprise "BelPSKHAGI" Priluki.
