13.01.2023 Вопросы изменения законодательства в сфере госрегистрации недвижимого имущества обсудили в Госкомимуществе

A working meeting was held at the State Property Committee to discuss the draft Law "On Amendments to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belarus on State Registration of Real Estate, Rights to It and Transactions with It." The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Committee Ekaterina Lukyanova, Head of the Department for Registration and Technical Inventory of Real Estate Svetlana Yurkovets, as well as invited guests - Deputy Chairmen of the Permanent Commission of the House of Representatives on Agrarian Policy Sergey Kravtsov and Alexander Autko. During the meeting, the purpose of the draft law was noted, which is to further improve the legislation on state registration of real estate, rights to it and transactions with it.
According to the draft law, it is planned to revise the mechanisms and approaches in the implementation of state registration, taking into account extraterritorial principles. Currently, state registration of objects is carried out by territorial agencies at their location, which is burdensome and requires additional time and financial costs for applicants. In addition, the draft law is aimed at eliminating gaps in the legal regulation of legal relations for state registration of real estate, rights to it and transactions with it, as well as certification of documents that are the basis for registering transactions with real estate objects. It is assumed that the practice of carrying out state registration, certification of transactions, making corrections to the documents of the unified state register of real estate, rights to it and transactions with it, providing information will also be improved, taking into account the measures taken in the republic to digitalize various areas of legal regulation, as well as the existing law enforcement practice of a number of foreign states.
