26.09.2023 В Беларуси ввели запрет для физлиц на ввоз, хранение, оборот, эксплуатацию и изготовление беспилотников

Head of State Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 297 “On state registration and operation of civil unmanned aerial vehicles,” which is aimed at ensuring public safety and regulating the procedure for state registration of civil unmanned aerial vehicles and aircraft models, as well as their use.
According to the Decree, the import, storage, circulation, operation and production of civil unmanned aerial vehicles are permitted only to organizations and individual entrepreneurs in connection with their business and professional activities in accordance with the requirements established by the Decree.
To import civil unmanned aerial vehicles, organizations and individual entrepreneurs must obtain permission from the Aviation Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, which will keep track of such devices owned by organizations and individual entrepreneurs.
The decree also provides for the creation of an automated information system for state registration of civil unmanned aerial vehicles owned by legal entities and/or individual entrepreneurs.
The document prohibits individuals from importing, storing, trading, operating and manufacturing civil unmanned aerial vehicles.
The Decree comes into force after its official publication regarding the import, operation and manufacture of devices by individuals. Regarding storage and circulation, the Decree comes into force after six months.
Within six months after the official publication of the Decree, individuals may transfer their existing unmanned aerial vehicles to organizations or individual entrepreneurs or transfer them for storage to an authorized organization determined by the Government.
