On the basis of the State Enterprise "BelPSHAGI" an on-site training session was held for students of the Institute of Public Administration. The event was organized as part of the study of the academic discipline "Public Management of the National Economy" in order to familiarize with the practical aspects of managing important sectors of the national economy.
Reports on aerial photography and remote sensing data emphasized the importance of innovative approaches in the work of the State Enterprise "BelPSHAGI" in the context of assessing and planning various aspects related to the use of land resources and management of territories. It also gave participants an overview of what tools and technologies are used for aerial photography and processing of the resulting data.
In addition, the participants of the lesson got acquainted with the trade union activities of the enterprise, which allowed them to gain an understanding of the social protection of workers and their rights, confirming the importance of taking into account social aspects in the management of the national economy.
Participants saw first-hand the aerial image processing process and were introduced to the equipment used by the facility in both aerial photography and land surveying, allowing them to better understand the technical and practical aspects of the methods used.
