On July 19, the director of the State enterprise "BelPSHAGI" Oleg Nikolaevich Balitsky took part in the work of the International Forum on Quality Assurance of Services in High-Risk and Highly Skilled Areas, which also celebrated the 20th anniversary of the State Educational Institution "Center for Training, Advanced Qualification and Retraining of Personnel of the State Property Management System". The organizers of the forum were the Association of Appraisal Organizations and the State Institution of Education "Center for Training, Advanced Qualification and Retraining of Personnel of the State Property Management System". Specialists of evaluation organizations from several countries, including Russia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, took part in the forum.
The purpose of the forum was to discuss methodological and practical issues in the field of training appraisers, experts and other specialists, as well as the development of the personnel potential of the industry through advanced training. The forum also discussed possible ways to improve the training of specialists for assessment activities in other areas, foreign experience in checking and reviewing assessment reports, as well as procedures for assessing the credibility of assessments.
