Dmitry Matusevich paid a working visit to the state enterprise "Belgeodeziya" and held meetings with its employees. The main directions of the state policy in the field of information security became the main agenda.
“Today, in a difficult geopolitical situation, the Republic of Belarus defends its national interests, protects sovereignty and territorial integrity. Our country has become the object of undisguised informational pressure from a number of Western countries. The level of technology used by the opponents of the Belarusian state in their attempts to destabilize our society, change the constitutional order, is very high,” said Dmitry Matusevich.
The head of the institution added that interference in the internal affairs of the state occurs through the information space. The event also included an employee awards ceremony. Thus, Vladimir Khrustalev, Leading Quality Engineer of the Quality Control Department, was awarded the badge of distinction of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus “For a well-intentioned worker in the system of dzyarzhmayomastsi”. Fedor Levsha, Leading Specialist of the Legal, Organizational and Human Resources Department, was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the State Property Committee for his contribution to the development of geodetic and cartographic activities.
At the end of his visit, Dmitry Matusevich noted the need to not stop there, constantly develop and strengthen the scientific and research authority of Belgeodesia and bring the salaries of employees to the appropriate level.
