President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree bringing a number of legislative acts of the Head of State into line with the Law of July 18, 2022 “On Amending Codes”. The decree corrects the procedure for the administrative procedure for the alienation and division of land plots and changing the purpose of their designation.
Decrees dated December 27, 2007 No. 667 “On withdrawal and provision of land plots” and dated December 11, 2009 No. 622 “On improving the procedure for regulating land relations and exercising state control over the use and protection of land” were declared invalid.
In total, more than 30 normative acts have been brought into line with the Law "On Amending Codes" in terms of the terminology used in these documents.
