Information about available vacant land plots, as well as plots intended for investment projects, is now posted in the state information system "Unified Register of Property" in order to automate the process of generating such lists and inform citizens, organizations and investors.

This register provides open and free access to the characteristics of land plots, their location and conditions of provision online. The lists are filled out by local executive and administrative authorities. At the moment, information on more than 17,000 land plots is already available in the Unified Property Register.

It is also noted that within a month the lists will be supplemented with information that was previously compiled and published on individual websites of the executive committees. Now this data will be collected in one place - in the Unified Property Register. To get acquainted with available land plots, it is suggested to visit the website of the Unified Register of Property, go to the “Vacant (unoccupied) land plots” section and select the parameters of the objects of interest.
