On July 9, the XXXIII International Arts Festival “Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk” started, turning the city into the cultural capital of the country for a whole week. Until July 15, Vitebsk will welcome guests from 33 countries, including Russia, India, China, Colombia and many others.

Festival venues are scattered throughout the city: a summer amphitheater, a concert hall "Vitebsk", Vitebsk Regional Museum of Local Lore, an art museum, the National Academic Drama Theater named after. Yakub Kolas, as well as other locations.

The brightest evening of the festival awaits guests on July 12 - the gala concert “The Union State Invites...”, which will bring together Russian and Belarusian pop stars on the stage of the summer amphitheater. Among the participants: Alexander Zatsepin, Zara, the ensemble "Gems", Mikhail Turetsky and the art group "Turetsky Choir", Anatoly Yarmolenko and the ensemble "Syabry", Victoria Aleshko, the Kuban Cossack Choir and many others.

This year, Slavic Bazaar offers its guests new entertainment: night discos and the KVN Cup. On July 14, the teams “Doctor Hauss”, “Triod and Diode”, “Rovenki”, “Raisy”, “City Magas” will compete for the right to bear the title of champion of the “Slavic Bazaar”.
