The Unified Portal of Electronic Services (UPES) will become a place where individuals and legal entities, as well as individual entrepreneurs, will be able to apply for electronic registration of various administrative procedures, such as registration of real estate, provision of information from the real estate register, correction of data, registration of ownerless real estate, and coordination of the purpose of real estate objects.

In addition, there are specific steps to initiate and manage administrative procedures electronically:

1. Authorization on the EPEU portal through the Unified System for Identification of Individuals and Legal Entities (EU IFLE);
   
2. Filling out the application, attaching the necessary documents, signing them using an electronic digital signature;
   
3. Sending documents to the competent authority;
   
4. Receiving the result of the administrative procedure in your personal account on the EPEU.

It is important to note that the timing of administrative procedures depends on the type of application. For example, to request state registration, it is possible to choose regular, expedited or urgent consideration of the application, which has a deadline of 5, 2 and 1 business day, respectively. In addition, for other administrative procedures, such as corrections in documents and accounting for ownerless property, the time frame is 3-15 business days. It is also necessary to take into account that when requesting information from other government bodies, the time frame for completing administrative procedures may increase to 1 month.
