On May 18-19, 2023, Minsk hosted an international conference dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the National Cadastral Agency “Real Estate. Cadastre Analytics: 25 years. The conference was attended by more than 150 representatives of organizations from 9 countries, including Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, South Korea and Mongolia. Dmitry Matusevich, Chairman of the State Property Committee, and Elena Martynova, Deputy Head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography, delivered welcoming speeches to the conference participants. The conference included three main blocks, which discussed the state registration of real estate, rights to it and transactions with it, geodata of the state land cadastre of the Republic of Belarus and land and real estate valuation. Within the framework of the conference, the participants shared their experience and discussed the state and prospects for the development of state information resources containing real estate data, the progress of scientific and innovative projects, the introduction of geographic information systems and the creation of spatial data infrastructure, as well as the mechanisms and stages of implementation of the state cadastral valuation. The second day of the conference was devoted to familiarization of foreign participants with the work of the Nesvizh Bureau of RUE "Minsk Regional Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre". The participants of the conference expressed their gratitude for the high level of organization and emphasized the importance of holding such events for the exchange of experience.
