29.04.2024 Белорусская государственная сельскохозяйственная академия провела конференцию посвященную 100-летию землеустроительного факультета и 165-летию землеустроительного образования

On April 25 and 26, 2024, the International Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Faculty of Land Management and the 165th anniversary of Land Management Education was held at the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy of the Order of the October Revolution and the Red Banner of Labor.

The head of the field survey department of the State Enterprise "BelPSHAGI" Roman Nikolaevich Snytko took part in the conference with a report on the role of the enterprise in modern land management of the Republic of Belarus.

In breakout sessions, participants discussed current problems in land management, innovative educational technologies and issues of efficient use of land. Reports were presented on the following topics:

• "Current problems in land management and ways to solve them. Organization of effective use and protection of land. Innovative technologies of the educational process in the field of training specialists in land management and land cadastre"
• "State land cadastre: current state and development prospects. Legal regulation of land relations. State control over the use and protection of land. Real estate management"
• "Geodetic support of land management and cadastral works. GIS technologies in land management and cadastre. Photogrammetry and remote sensing of the Earth"

Representatives of not only Belarusian, but also foreign universities from Russia, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan joined the online participation.

Scientists, teachers, representatives of both educational institutions and manufacturing enterprises took an active part in the conference. This contributed to the exchange of experience, setting new tasks and discussing current issues of scientific and practical activity.
